This is the front nose repair panel that goes from the lower edge of the upper grill, down to the upper edge of the front bumper mount. It is for an air cooled Vanagon only so that means that the sheet metal is all one piece with no opening for a lower grill (the air cooled Vanagon didn't have an opening here).
