- Before your credit card information is processed through Vanagain.com, it is encrypted using SSL for your safety.
- If you prefer to phone or fax in your order, you can do so by using the Vanagain telephone numbers listed on the contact page.
All orders will be processed in the following way:
You place your order online. Your credit card is authorized for the full cost of the order and shipping but the funds are not captured at that time. We check to make sure all of the parts are available, and that the shipping costs are correct, etc. If everything is good to go, we capture the funds (take the money from the card) and process the order immediately. If there are some items that are backordered or no longer available, we will contact you, and adjust the order accordingly before funds are captured. If funds are not captured (say you order one item and it is discontinued) we just won’t capture the money from the card. After 10 days the money will automatically appear back on your card. It will not be a refund since the money was never transferred from your account to ours. It was just reserved for us during the authorization process and if we don’t capture it, it is just reverts back to you after about 10 days. - Shipping terms: we ship via UPS. Orders placed before 3pm EDT will be processed that day, orders placed later in the day or over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday.
- Buyer assumes responsibility for custom fees and taxes incurred during international shipping.
Returns and refunds
- Return terms: Returns are subject to approval. Please contact us via email or phone before returning anything. You must get an email approving your return before you send it back. Leaving a voicemail that you are returning something isn’t going to work. Returns must be uninstalled and in the original box. Returns must be begun within 30 days of the invoice date. No returns after 30 days. No returns on electrical items unless never installed. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Refund terms: Refunds can only be given back to the original credit card that was used. Or refunds can be in the form of store credit if you wish just let us know.
Quick Bulk Ordering
For your convenience there is a bulk ordering form where you can quickly add items to your cart. This assumes you know part names and numbers.
Customers may create wishlists for their private use, to share with specific individuals by URL, or for the public to view and search. The Vanagain wishlist search feature can be found here.
When items are purchased from a wishlist, they will be removed from the list.
For every $1 in purchases at Vanagain.com (excluding shipping and tax), 1 reward point will be awarded. For example, a $200 subtotal will earn the customer 200 points. Points can be redeemed in trade towards future purchases at a rate of 5%. That means 200 points could be used for a $10 discount on an order subtotal. Vanagain reward points cannot be redeemed for cash, traded, or transferred.
