You place your order online. Your credit card is charged. If we have everything in stock, your order will ship that day if it is before 2pm Eastern Time. If there are some items that are backordered or no longer available, we will contact you via email as soon as possible. You can tell us if you want to wait for the backordered parts, remove them from the order, or cancel the order. We will either adjust the order (partial refund) or cancel the order (full refund) if you direct us to.
Customers may create wishlists for their private use by clicking the Heart Icon at the bottom of all part descriptions. You must be a registered user and be logged in to create a wishlist. A wishlist is a way for you to save a list of parts you are interested in, so that you can quickly and easily purchase those parts in the future.
When items are purchased from a wishlist, they will be removed from the list.
For every $1 in purchases at Vanagain.com (excluding shipping and tax), 1 reward point will be awarded. For example, a $200 subtotal will earn the customer 200 points. Points can be redeemed in trade towards future purchases at a rate of 5%. That means 200 points could be used for a $10 discount on an order subtotal. Vanagain reward points cannot be redeemed for cash, traded, or transferred.
