Vanagon H4 Light Upgrade Kit!!! New!!!

Have you ever been driving on a dark and stormy night in your Vanagon only to be frustrated with the amount of light that your DOT approved square low beams put out? Most folks are and the light output of these stock square lights is notoriously bad. However in Europe they used a different lens design and a brighter bulb. We are happy to announce that we can now supply you with this H4 headlight upgrade kit. It is a factory VW headlight, adjusters, bulb and wiring for $499. The bulbs are the stock wattage so you should have no problem with your existing headlight switch. You can upgrage the bulbs to 100 watt versions if you wish even more light but we recommend also upgrading your wiring with a relay to take the load off of your headlight switch. Be able to actually see where you are going at night! Part number in the webstore is headlightkit1. This kit works with any Vanagon that already has the square headlights (normally 86-91 Vanagons). If you have the round lights and want to go to the square ones just contact us as we have several of the square grilles and light mounting parts in stock.

Vanagon Alloy Wheels

At the moment we have three styles of alloy wheel available for the Vanagon! When it rains it pours. We have the Rhein alloy which is an OE wheel from South Africa. It is 15x6.5 and has been a favorite over the years. (currently on back order)



We also have the Rondel Wheel which is 15x7 with a ET 25 offset. (currently available)

Last but not least we have what is being called buswheel1. This wheel can be found in either 15x6.5 size or 16x7. (currently available)



All of the wheels are $199 each and can be purchased online or over the phone.

Big Brake Kits!!

I now have big front vented disc brake kits available for the Vanagon. These kits help give your van more stopping power and less brake fade on hills. All of the parts are VW factory parts from South Africa. The kit is a bolt up mod that requires no cutting, welding, etc. Kit comes with new front hubs, brake hoses, vented discs, calipers, and pads. Kits require van to have 15" rims or larger. Kits for 80-85 Vanagon are $995 (includes new front uprights), and the kits for the 86-91 Vanagon are $850 (includes Syncro!).
